We also accept earlier appointment depending on the availability of the requested therapists.

Cash or  checks are gladly accepted.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are available to purchase.

REFERRAL POLICY

If you refer two new clients to Bodysystems Mobile Spa &  Massage, you will get a free one hour massage,  but the following restrictions do apply.

-The new clients cannot be in your same household.
-If you refer a group, it only counts as one referral.
-The referrals must come from different locations.
-We will honor up to 3 free one hour massages for these referrals.

SPECIFIC THERAPIST REQUESTS

Specific Therapist Requests are only granted to existing clients. There is no extra charge to request a specific therapist, but you must give us at least 24 hours advanced notice and three possible appointment times.
We cannot honor specific therapist requests for same day appointments.

Also note the following:

-The website does not list all of the therapists.
-The specific therapist you want may not be available in your area.
-The specific therapist's schedule may be full.

REFUNDS

We generally cannot offer refunds unless your therapist simply does
not show up (which we hope will never happen.)
At the same time, we really do want you to be happy, and if there is any problem with your massage, we'd like you to tell us about it. We'll see what we could do.

RECEIPTS

You will be receiving the receipt  after the massage is completed.

FEEDBACK / REVIEWS

Any customer feedback or reviews of therapists, etc. that are submitted to Bodysystems Mobile Spa & Massage  by clients or potential clients via web forms or email may be used in publicity material such as  website promotions, brochures, newsletters, or other publications.

INTAKE / CONSENT FORM

Once you book a massage, you will need to sign your intake form along with the following release  before our therapists can perform your massage.
If you do not sign this one page form that the therapist brings you, then the therapist cannot perform the massage.

Consent
I understand that the massage I receive is for the basic purpose of relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tension. If I experience any pain or discomfort during this session, I will immediately inform the practitioner so that the pressure and/or strokes may be adjusted to my level of comfort.

I further understand that massage should not be construed as the substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment and that I should see a physician, chiropractor or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment I am aware of. I understand that massage therapists are not to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness, and that nothing said in the course of the session(s) given should be construed as such.

I affirm that I have stated all my known medical conditions, and answered all questions honestly. I agree to keep the practitioner updated as to any changes in my medical profile, and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner's part should I forget to do so.

It is also understood that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by me will result in immediate termination of the session.

I understand that a 75 minutes  massage time includes dressing and undressing. The actual hands on time  can be anywhere from 60 to 65 minutes. In addition, I understand that no contact information  between myself and the Bodysystems Mobile Spa & Massage therapist shall be exchanged at any point before, during or  after the session. If this does occur, then additional fees will apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24 hour per therapist cancellation policy. That means if you book 3 therapists, we need 72 hours notice for cancellation. If we do not receive this notice, then you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

If you book it from 24 hours to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment, there is no cancellation, and you will  be charged the full amount of the appointment.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

One Therapist: If you call us between 6 to 24 hours of your original appointment time to reschedule for another date, there is no charge. If you call us under 1 hour, you will be charged in full for the original appointment.

LATENESS POLICY

CLIENTS: You have a 10 minutes grace period for your massage. If you arrive at your location within 5 minutes of the appointed time, there will be no additional charges. Anything beyond 5 minutes will be taken off the time of the massage.
(If you are not present within 30 minutes of your appointment time, the therapist will leave,
and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.)

THERAPISTS: We do give therapists a 30 minute grace period on their arrival time. If they are late beyond 30 minutes,  you are entitled to receive 20% off your next massage if you contact us within 48 hours. In both cases, the total  massage time will not be decreased. If the therapists do not show up at all (or beyond 45 minutes after the  appointment time), you are entitled to a full refund if the massage is not performed. If the massage is performed,  you are entitled to receive 20% off your next massage if you contact us within 48 hours.

MASSAGE DURATION POLICY

A 75 minute massage time includes dressing and undressing but it does not include travel time, setting up the table, or putting away the table. The actual hands on time will be approximately 55 minutes.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A ROOM THAT IS CLEARED FOR THE TABLE
BEFORE THE THERAPIST ARRIVES.

PARKING POLICY

If there are any parking charges (usually at a hotel or office), then that amount will be added to the client's bill .

TRAVEL POLICY

Bodysystems Mobile Spa &  Massage will use its best efforts to find a therapist if the booking is out of town.  If the therapist has to travel beyond 25 miles, a transportation changes or toll fee (if any) will be charged.

*Most of the time, there is no charge for travel.

AGE POLICY

If you're under the age of 10, an adult must be present somewhere in the same
location at all times during the massage.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

We reserve the right to refuse potential clients for any reason.

Lastly, to have the best experience with Bodysystems Mobile Spa &  Massage, we encourage clients to turn o\all phone ringers off, put their pets in a separate room, and let others in their location know that they are receiving a massage in order
to avoid interruptions.
