§Swedish Massage Promotes general relaxation and improves circulation and joint mobility, as well as relieving muscle tension. Used primarily in a full-body session, it is a system of long strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on the superficial layers of muscles. Php 300.00/75 minutes

§Shiatsu Massage Shiatsu is the sustained application of pressure to various acupressure points, meridians (as in acupuncture) and areas of the body using mainly the thumbs, knuckles, fingers and palms and sometimes the elbows, knees and feet.  It can help you to reach a deep level of relaxation, leaving you feeling calmer and less tense. Having a regular treatment can help to prevent and relieve the effects of stress. Php 300.00/75 minutes

§Foot & Hand Reflexology Is a beneficial treatment used to stimulate the nerve endings in the feet that correspond to the body's organs. A healing form of massage which utilizes pressure points in the foot which correspond to all parts of the body, glands, and organs. Reflexology promotes stress reduction, flushes toxins, and improves circulation so the body can heal itself. Php 300.00/60 minutes

§Sports Massage Is commonly used by athletes in preparation for workouts and sporting events. It loosens, warms, and prepares muscles for intensive use. By incorporating assisted stretching, endurance and performance are improved and the chance of injury is reduced. Post event massage relieves pain, prevents stiffness, and returns muscles to normal posture. This technique is also used for rehabilitation from injury. Php 400.00/60 minutes

§Thai Traditional Massage Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment Php. 400.00/60 minutes

§Chair  Back Massage Chair massage, also known as corporate massage, can be a convenient method of massage therapy. A Chair massage promotes better circulation, muscle stimulation and stress relief. This form of massage reduces tension in the back, neck, shoulders, head, arms, hands, legs or feet, providing a deep relaxation effect. Php 150.00/30 minutes

§Maternity Massage Alleviates the discomforts of pregnancy such as backaches, leg cramps, headaches, stiffness and swollen ankles and feet. Massage during pregnancy is therapeutic bodywork which focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of the childbirth experience. Php 300.00/60 minutes

§Manissage/Pedissage A great alternative to the manicure or pedicure as this will not interfere with your current nail treatments...Warm herbal towels are placed on the hands and arms or legs and feet, followed by an exfoliating scrub, deep penetrating masque, soothing massage and cooling herbal mist spray. (Pedissage is not available for pregnant women.) Php 150.00 each
